KITES follows a Project Operations Management System, a well defined and result oriented Operations Management & Review System which focuses on ensuring on-time execution and guaranteeing the quality of mission critical software development for all the projects handled throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

The dedicated POMS team interacts with the On-Site team on a daily basis as a part of its activities.

The POMS team liaisons with the customer on a Weekly Basis with the PPR [Project Progress Report], Milestone Completion Report [MCR] and the Project Closure Report [PCR] as per the specific operational requirements.
